20 Ideas for Farmhouse Style {Decor Inspiration}
October 17, 2016I am feeling a little bit better...this cold/flu thing
has been a DOOZY, and I hope you will be spared!
(Read my rant-while-sick about bad doors
at the fixer upper if you dare.)
If you do find yourself under the weather,
make yourself an internest in bed with this link
and hopefully find comfort and inspiration
for all things timeless and tranquil.
For today's collection of farmhouse style inspiration,
I am turning to vignettes that whisper
this design style in hushed tones.

I like the open shelving and would like to have added that somewhere in the kitchen but there wasn't the space. Glad you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteme too! i still may add them, but we got tired and it's a big commitment! thanks, friend.
DeleteI love the imperfections I see in all the photos you chose Michele. It speaks to me...and feels oddly comforting as I work on my own very humble house projects. Never a straight line to be found in the structure of this 1964 circa home. Smiles for the unironed linens and the kitchen clutter. Also I hope you're feeling better I know it's hard to keep up a DIY pace when you're under the weather. Even when I'm perfectly healthy I've found myself stepping away for week at a time right when I see the end in sight for a particular room. What does that say about me? hahaha But I've discovered that I get DIY overload at the oddest times. Anyway, I love reading your generous, wisdom loaded comments on my blog although for some reason I need to come here to respond. They don't show up in my email. I did want to check in and say bravo for your various homes you are now transforming with your hubby. My gosh I am utterly amazed by your collaborative energies, what you two accomplish together. It's exciting to watch, I hope it's moving along with your son's house.
