French Farmhouse Decor Inspiration {Tranquil Utah Cottage}
August 28, 2016If you saw my last post with inspiring images of
tranquil rooms, you may recall a most memorable
dining area belonging to my blog friend in Utah
(decor de provence):
There is so much lovely to admire,
and it truly is a study in Gustavian
and French tranquility.
So much serene inspiration from this peaceful home.
I am working hard here in Arizona on
the desert cottage makeover, and
cannot wait to begin sharing
our chronicles of this project
very soon.
Peace to you right where you are.

Wow. Michele this home is utterly gorgeous. I rarely see a place I think I could live in without making one change but this is it. It's interesting how I like the kitchen colors too because I tend to fear anything but mostly white because I tire easily of color. I'm so glad you're enjoying your new place, what a nice thing to have a place close to Mom. I can only imagine the many plans you've got for it, and I can't wait to see pictures. I hope you're finding time to write too. Ever since I did that post on owning our life stories I've heard from so many women who felt conflicted about writing truthfully because of their worry about other people. So interesting how we struggle with that.
ReplyDeletethinking of you and sending you smiles from beach land....

DeleteIts hard to express to emotion this house exudes, what a home with plenty of mood. The color tone of tone on tone yet rich in subtleness with natural shades and the blending of French grey to raw woods.
