Whoaaaa, Nelly.
(Stole this exclamation from a dirty dusty fellow
seated next to me on the plane home from Arizona.
Upon his noggin was a straw hat also covered with
dirt/dust/Oreocrumbsdon'twewish,
and he blurted the 'whoa' randomly.)
Peace to you right where you are.

It doesn't get much better than b&w! It's just always right. That kitchen and gallery wall are pretty stunning there, Nellie! xoxo Holly
ReplyDeletethe kitchen is so well done that nellie is jelly!
DeleteSuch a sophisticated and chic combination. It's a favorite in interior design and fashion…love the kitchen!
ReplyDeleteand you ladies do know your CHIC! thanks for stopping by.
DeleteWhat a quirky, funny story of the little man on the plane. I love all these pictures...especially those of the kitchen since I'm still in denial about mine. Most mornings I wake up surprised by the old appliances and plain jane cabinets that I see hahaha I'm learning that denial works. I'm terribly out of touch with your life these days, I hope you're doing well. I'm am living an unbalanced life myself. Hubby jokes I need meds and I secretly agree. This fixer upper stuff is tiring ...
ReplyDeletewell i need to be brought up to speed on your journey. wish i could help with the kitchen angst. that unsettled feeling of limbo is a beyotch, and a fair amount of denial may be just what the doctor ordered just for now. thank you for your candidness, leslie. hang in there. IMBALANCE IS THE NEW BLACK by the way. :)
DeleteBlack and white never looked so pretty! And how great do the Olsen girls look....I saw them in East Hampton, they are soooo tiny. I give them a lot of credit though, they didn't fall prey to all the pitfalls of Hollywood like some of their contemporaries...they are smart girls. Love these images!
ReplyDeletewell i am jelly jelly jelly that you saw them. i think they may be smaller than me and my sis! they have such a fun sense of fashion and are living their lives on their own terms for sure. i was certain they were in our hotel's restaurant in paris but i think they were posers and made quite a scene falling all over who i assume was a french rockstar/athlete/celebrity. a fun memory!
DeleteOh that kitchen is just stunning! Lovely lovely! xxx
