Books: Patina Style by Steve and Brooke Giannetti
August 11, 2011
I'll keep it short.
My voice simply cannot compete with
the power of such brilliant spaces
designed by Patina Style authorities,
Brooke & Steve Giannetti.
The Giannettis own
(architecture, interior, and landscape design),
and Brooke is the author of the divine
Velvet and Linen blog.
The Giannettis encourage 'lived in' design.
They say go ahead and use beautiful
materials which change and
develop patina over time.
In fact,
they wrote the book
on
(Gibbs Smith).
Their book is stunning
in all its gorgeous-ocity
and should be in the possession
of all decor freaks, demons, and junkies.
I leave you with my
favorite Giannetti kitchen!

Feelin the only-better-with-age Giannetti signature?
Peace to you right where you are.

i love so many of the philosophies expressed in the Giannetti's book, yet even if they said nothing at all, the eye candy alone would satisfy...

ReplyDeleteNuff said I think.
No wonder you love it, it's lush! So elegant, so dreamy...sigh.
