If you are a design junkie,
chances are you already know about
(Chronicle Books)
by
holly becker and joanna copestick
and if you're a fashion junkie
I bet you spotted it at ANTHROPOLOGIE.
The simply gorgeous photography is by

What I find beyond lovely about this book are
t h r e e s i m p l e t h i n g s...
the focus on
IDEAS
CREATIVITY
and
BUDGET.
Those three principles
guide and color everything
on richly photographed pages throughout

Need a few ideas for making the most
of your space?
How about 1,000 ideas?
BTW.
Holly Becker definitely
has her finger on the pulse of decor...

her blog Decor8 monthly can't be wrong!
Peace to you right where you are.

Hi Michele, I have this book and just love it. Although it's a bit different from the usual French country decor books I usually buy I'm finding it inspirational as it has so many interesting elements to it and lots of great inspiration....Robx
ReplyDeleteI haven't got this book but I am really looking forward to getting it. It sounds fabulous!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes and happy weekend,
Natasha.
i havent as yet got my hands on this book but its on my wish list
ReplyDeleteShe's a smart chick. Knows a lot and has the media on her side, which makes her blog explodes. I think it's fantastic to "meet" people like her. It's inspiring, really.
ReplyDeleteGreat post, sweetie!
Have a blessed weekend.

She definitely has an eye for design. We are going to check out the book for our design library. Best wishes for a beautiful weekend! Angela and Renee
ReplyDeleteI recently got my hands on this book and the flick-through was delightful. I can't wait to have some time on my hands so I can properly delve into it.
ReplyDeleteIt's inspiring to see Holly's success, she was one of the first design bloggers and she hasn't disappointed!
Happy weekend, pretty lady!

it really is a fun book for those of us obsessed with the gamut of interior design styles. and it features two of my favorite homes: fitzhugh carroll's and amy neunsinger's.
ReplyDeleteHi lovely,
ReplyDeleteI don't have a copy yet. But I am going to U Village (Seattle) later today where there is an Anthropologie next to H&M! I suspect I will be coming home with more than one bag!
We really need to get you into a pair of flats - they make the Hunter ones in pink as well! I think they are so YOU - and everyone will ask you where you got them! Please, try. Look at all the petite French women looking so stylish and sexy in their flats!
Lookey here:

Happy weekend to you dear Michele.

Very pretty. Tuffed sofa and mix of happy patterns for pillows...right up my alley.
ReplyDeleteThis has been on my wishlist for ages and I don't think I've read a bad review yet, especially considering the vast variety of styles of blogs they've come from. Holly's blog is one of the first I started reading years ago now and continues to inspire...
ReplyDeleteHope you are well my darlin! xxxx
