Before we go inside this inspiring celebrity home of

Brendon Urie with its black and white

minimal, modern farmhouse vibe and soak up

decorating ideas and design inspiration,

a word of gratitude.

Thanks so much for visiting my post

on our progress on the kitchen

at the Arizona Fixer Upper...did you see it?

We still have to finish filling/painting

the crown molding on the cabinets,

but we're dang close to being done.

It's turning out so beautiful and without

hiccups,which is oh so rare.

Do you love the simplicity, ease, and minimal chic

of a black and white interior design plan?

This renovated Encino, California bungalow oozes

charm and is where

Panic! at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie

lived until just recently.

Apparently crazed fans cramped the rockstar's

lifestyle and his family's comfort level,

prompting them to move from the home...

so maybe it's on the market for you!

This black and white modern farmhouse project

also provides an opportunity to post a

love letter to one of my favorite humans on the

planet who is a huge fan of Brendon's...my niece,

a talented musician who has been my muse for years

and lives 'round the corner from our Arizona place.
