Romantic Decor Inspiration: Ritz Paris, Part 1
March 28, 2017Romantic Decor Inspiration: Ritz Paris |
Let's take a fantasy tour of a newly renovated
Paris landmark which is positively breathing
with romantic decor inspiration!
(This is Part 1, and Part 2 is here)
But first.
An incredible gift arrived yesterday...
when in my morning blog reading, I stumbled upon
my friend Leslie's post showering Hello Lovely
with all sorts of generosity and kindness.

at Ritz Paris for Vogue last summer...fine...those pretty
models who have never tasted buttercream are not us,
only because we're preoccupied with reality.
Leslie Sinclair is an entrepreneur, authority on color and finishes, author of Segreto Style and Segreto Vignettes, and an award-winning blogger at one of my favorite blogs (Segreto Secrets).
I'm grateful and humbled by such a lovely
tribute and introduction to her fine readers.
Leslie's success and artfulness awes me, yet one of my
favorite things about her involves no technique at all...
it's how one can sense the smile and warmth
coming through each word she pens.
It's not a contrived technique which can be taught
or bought, and surely it's a gift of grace,
springing from a purity of heart within.
If you're new to these parts, I am thrilled to meet you,
and I hope you'll be comfortable with chats here,
where it's often in hushed whispers as if we're just
dishing in my kitchen...I write stream-of-consciousness
style and am not particularly wise, but I'm tender, open,
and one-off like this upside down sassy lady below.

on Hello Lovely should be Fantasy Friday, and all the
frolicking took us to the Chateau de Saint Cloud
and then Ritz Paris...well, one post is hardly enough
to contain the inspiration flowing forth from
Ritz Paris, so let's keep the newly renovated
18th Century lovely bubbling, oui?
